Terms and Conditions

This voucher is valid for 12 months and cannot be redeemed or replaced after this date. However, this voucher can be transferred for use by another if the recipient is unable to for treatments prior to the expiration date. Essential Maintenance is not responsible for lost / stolen vouchers, and is not responsible for replacing a voucher that has been lost / stolen. This voucher is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. This voucher is not valid with any other special offer.  

Treatments booked will be subject to suitability and contraindications. 

Some treatments require a patch test which you are required to book at least 48hrs prior to treatment or your appointment will be cancelled. 

No show or cancellations less than 48hrs prior to treatment will incur full payment deductible from voucher and any outstanding monies invoiced or deducted from stored card details
